1. How my contributions are automatically deducted from my account?
Once you establish your online account, your contributions will be transferred automatically from your bank account to the church’s bank account on the dates you specified.  If the date falls on a Sunday or Holiday, it will normally be processed by your bank on the next business day, however, your donation date will remain the same unless you change it.

2. If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?
Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date. As a reminder, OSV will send you an e-mail prior to each contribution.  Your electronic contributions will also be itemized on your bank statement.
 
3. Can I donate different amounts for Sunday and/or Special Offerings and have them withdrawn at different times?
Yes, you can set up to contribute to Sunday and/or Special Offerings at different times; HOWEVER YOU WILL HAVE TO DO EACH ONE SEPARATELY.
 
4.What if I change bank accounts?
Simply go to osvhub.com/stkenneth/funds and Login. On your Online Giving Home page, select Add or Update My Payment Methods, then select EDIT and change your bank account information. Remember to Save your change.
 
5. Is Online Giving risky?
It’s less risky than writing checks or bringing cash to church.  Electronic contributions cannot be lost, stolen or destroyed and have an extremely high rate of accuracy. Online Giving is safe, secure, private and confidential.  No one has access to your banking information but You.  “No one” refers to any member of the parish office staff or employees of Our Sunday Visitor.
 
6. What if I try online giving and don’t like it?
You can cancel your authorization by:

• First -Delete all dates for donations

• Second - Delete your payment method

7. What is a Managed account?
A Managed account is one that is established and maintained for you by the Online Giving Administrator at the parish office.  If you do not have a computer at home or don’t feel comfortable setting up your online giving account, you can set up an appointment with the Administrator by calling the parish office.  The Administrator will setup your account and donations for you in the privacy and confidentiality of the parish office.  Any changes you wish to make, history reports, or tax statements will be completed for you by the Online Giving Administrator upon your written request using the Online Giving Form.
 
8. How do I sign up for Online Giving?
Complete the information using the Saint Kenneth Online Giving form available on our website.Go to the OSV website (osvhub.com/stkenneth/funds) and setup your account. It’s that easy!
 
9. Why can’t we select donations via a credit card rather than a bank account?
Saint Kenneth’s Finance Council has elected not to utilize this option because of the high cost incurred for processing credit card transactions.
