Approximately six visits are scheduled throughout the year to the food banks to sort and repack food or fill orders which are then distributed to other food banks or agencies.  Volunteers can drive to the food banks on their own or meeting at Saint Kenneth’s and caravanning or carpooling is an available transportation option.  Each visit requires about 4 ½ - 5 hours (including driving time).  Minimum age requirements are 10 years of age for Gleaner’s and 12 years of age for Forgotten Harvest.  If interested in volunteering for this ministry contact the Parish Office.
